when Aahana bought the first share they had a plan to accumulate shares and buy the platinum shares. Now officially I did not know that so, was that insider info?
When they bought the platinum shares, Ms Chin was accumulating. Was that insider information.?
Now Aahana negotiated the rights issue underwriting and i did not know that. Aahana took up shares knowing that this was going to occur via themselves and their board member representative. Is this insider trading?

Now this minute, Aahana know what their intentions are as far as takeover or finance guaranteed? The key will gain up to 5% of company next week with knowledge I do not have? Is that insider trading?
