    Sorry BG as the new guy at ASIC I can tell you that 3% accumulation rule only kicks in AFTER a takeover attempt is made and the acquirer fails to get all the shares. So they accumulate 3% a year until they get to 90% and then compulsorilly acquire the remaining 10%
