Premier Capital Managers Ltd does not seem to be affiliated with any potential strategic partner from my research but they seem very keen to get a large swag of ELM shares in this rights issue.

Most likely, a high net wealth individual associate of the director of Harlequin which in itself is very encouraging. Harlequin would know a lot more than us punters.

If I've got the right Premier Capital Managers Ltd, it is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (registration number 1512794) and up until a few months ago was the investment manager for a BSX and JSX listed company called Osiris Properties International, which has specialised in real estate asset investments predominantly in UK and Europe. Premier Capital has recently assigned its asset management agreement to other individuals.

Let's hope they get a minimal amount of underwritten stock and have to fill their demand by buying on market.
