There is no point in taking up this offer IMO, because the shares will be trading at under the offer price of 42 cents, which will allow us to buy them cheaper if we want.

I doubt I will buy more as MDL shares, as what I own are just a lottery ticket for me.

I expect we will see them trading at 35 cents again, unless the operations become profitable very soon - seems unlikely.

Management will be well funded to continue doing not much for some more years to come.
