That's my understanding.
I rang to ask if we would see two seperate announcements in regards to INAMI & minister.
David said absolutely, given its price sensitive they would announcement INAMI as soon as they get approval & so on.
I asked if mining concession was a condition of finance, he said it was.
I can only assume he was referring to full mining concession approval, makes sense too.
