    This is our company and the managers of our company have given us first choice in this latest capital raising.+++

    It's a lot of additional shares. Way toooo many but I will buy my allotted shares so my chunk isn't diluted.

    The options are a sweetener, but in reality they wont have any value until PYC sp moves above 15c.

    Overall a clever move, giving us first choice. We get to decide whether we will bankroll our company or let our holdings be diluted. We decide.

    In the last capital raising that was directed at all PYC shareholders. Neither of the top 2(Biotech Capital & Telethon Institute) bought shares.

    If this happens again there may be leftover shares available for european clients of Close Brothers.

    Overall a clever move!
