Same boat, I am at 46% of my portfolio.

So Bevan is still here and happy to put money in at a premium, the company needs to get some serious traction with users and announce more ARPU increasing features/deals.

Hopefully they roll things out before we go into the 'busy season'

I'd like to see what the company can do to assist in the cost of living/housing crisis currently unfolding, it would be great marketing to be in the news talking about these issues and how the company is here to help.

As for the RentPay app I am using it to experience it and yes it doesn't make sense for everyone but people who live week to week and get paid in different schedules to their rental payments its fantastic, also I feel people who are already organised will be the ones to use it, its essentially gives the user a peace of mind that it is taken care of.

Another use case will be parents who have children moving out, if the parent wanted to assist with paying rent they would be able to put money into the wallet and have peace of mind that rent will be paid and not spent on crap, I feel that this may have been some inspiration from Greg as he has talked about his kids being at the age of moving out etc so it makes sense that they have marketed it to that generation.
