I thought this was meant to be a 'significant' capital raise? ... I would disagree. This is not a bad announcement IMO. Fully underwritten and with an offer of a free 1:1 WOFOA. The 1: 8.7 entitlement to existing holders is a nice shot in the arm, as the amount (and benefit), would mean a large take up IMO. Hopefully this will put a floor under the 0.05 price and we can climb from there.
