That they could not get an underwriter without a significant portion of the issue sub-underwritten is a negative.
However, given the levels the board and top shareholders were prepared to sub-underwrite is a positive, insiders have the means and the willingness to take up nearly the enter issue on their own.
I plan on taking up my full entitlement and am considering taking up some extras in the shortfall application. Sadly with the current macroeconomic circumstances and my own circumstances I am not at liberty to take up as many as I would like to.
