@djwally It looks like a sub-underwriting agreement for which they are collecting a 5% fee ($100,000). Not sure under what circumstances the sub-underwriting is triggered given that the issue is 100% underwritten by Plutus - and is the sub-underwriting fee payable anyway?
A sub-underwriting agreement is not the same as a commitment to take up their full entitlement (offset by the $100,000 fee). It's quite a weak expression of support.
