The share price is lagging considerably to its intrinsic value given its strong FUM position. On a rolling FUM basis, it is trading on a P/E of ~9x and a dividend yield of ~10%.
Most likely an overhang will continue to occur given there might be a potential share dilution or large debt funding coming up for the PAC business.
On the PAC results announcement a couple weeks ago, they did flag it is expected to be announced by mid September the competing bids.
