I concur I believe there is good value and growth opportunities for GQG, I haven’t bought in yet though. GQG keeps retracing to around this $1.3 mark, and with market sentiment feel it will push through this and follow US markets. With GQG earnings generated by what I believe is FUM, not performance fees, I suppose this helps support revenue during market turndowns if they don’t short much. However if the US markets drop a significant amount, it willl be a slow slog to get FUM back to these levels and same earnings capacity.
Does anyone have an estimate or know the impact a 20-30% drop in FUM (assuming no outflows) has on earnings/EPS?
