Sorry, you're right I wasn't factoring this in in the above numbers - I should have mentioned. Including the acquisition being successful does change my sentiment from a hold to a sell at current price. Basically if everything lines up with the acquisition and FY20 earnings for the company I believe we're about fairly valued but there isn't significant upside at current price. However if earnings don't come through as expected or anything goes wrong with the acquisition or the general market falls, there is plenty of downside risk. From my perspective at this price I'm happy to sit on the sidelines and let things play out (for what it's worth I've held from low 5's to recently).
