I'm treating it very cautiously as a neat result - I hope there are other swallows following. An observation also on these fintech startups. They are starting from a very low base and there are too many of them so I believe that fees will have to be higher to maintain their operation or they will ave to take more risk - or they will falter and fall. It will require considerable advertising on their part to gain business. Is this situation going to provide acquisition possibilities for IFL. By this time next year we may have an answer. Commissioner Hayne seems an eminently sensible fellow and I can't see that he will put investors savings at risk by coming down too hard. PS I;m under water on IFL because I followed the mass of talking heads to buy when it dropped below $11.
