maybe. ironic as it would go down even further if they didn't get funding. I suspect many would have assumed the Garmin at about the cliff terms was a goer. Whereas the CR was a surprise and many are focussing on the terms rather than the fact that it confirm we go alone with much less dilution and secures funding for both wells.
