yes TOT is very exposed to the current interest rate cycle. Debt is currently 100% floating, if RBA increases interest rates, TOT is 100% exposed. In addition if interest rates remain higher for longer, then again TOT fully wears this burden.
Facility limit of $110m will be reduced by the $25m capital raise.
