On Page 2 of the October investor presentation (asx announcement 19 October 2012), under heading "Review of Financial Year 2012" they state
"The Fund intends to recommence regular distributions during 2013 following the retirement of the OCBC Debt Facility expected to be by 30 June 2013"
They state this again on Page 12 under heading "Fund's Strategy"-

"Once the OCBC Debt Facility has been repaid in full, which is expected to be by 30 June 2013, the Responsible Entity intends to recommence regular income distributions."
So looks like first half of the 2013-2014 will be when the distributions start.
