The Half year announcements out today are consistent with that. Statements like:

"Once the Fund is debt free, the Board will be in a stronger position toconsider a range of options for enhancing value and rewarding all investors including:

paying regular income distribution to Unitholders commencing from the quarter ending 31December 2013

reinvesting capital in to new investment opportunities or
buying back MPS’ Units on the open market from existing Unitholders"

I have some question marks on the other major possible use of funds:

"The Fund’s preference is to have greater influence and control over its investment portfolio, for example the take over of the Austgrowth Property Syndicate No. 23"
