good to see the fund getting out of debt.....would love to see distributions start again....love to see the end of OCBC too, quite restrictive as far as divvy's etc
Taking a more active role in funds?? could be good if you are a substantial holder, and the prospect of management fees from being an RE.
Have held this stock since 2007, averaged down all the way, looking forward to payback, especially a good result from P-reit.
