    If the court rules that the meeting can proceed the ER might not have time to get their version of the proxy forms out to holders if they wait until after the ruling.

    Personally I don't understand the Keybridge position. Mainly because they haven't really explained why they want these things done.

    They probably want to retain their priority claim on the capital returned to holders because CPU holders have to be paid out ahead of ordinary unit holders.
