iTrade123, I also have URF and URFPA (had URFHB but thankfully got paid out of those).
I'm interested in your statement that "....would love $100. But not this way)".

Genuine question to further my understanding about this fiasco of an investment, why do you say that? Is it because if the For vote wins:
1. URFPA are paid out at $100 which is a win for URPA holders
2. then URF assets are sold off cheaply and URF becomes even more worthless and there is nothing left for URF holder (remember I am a holder in both of these too)

If the Against vote wins:
1. URFPA are converted. to URF at 205 x
2. URF is further diluted, making our value even less
3. The assets have a chance of being taken over by a RE who can make the assets 'valuable' again and thus SP goes up

Have I got this right or mixed up? I have a feeling that my number 1 points may be mixed up, really don't know anymore.
