    Dumb question but does anyone know how it will work if I have 420 URFPA shares on 1 Jan 2023 ? I thought I read somewhere that the max conversion is 250 of URFPA into XX amount of URF shares at a volume weighted average share price ? If so, what will happen to the rest of my other 170 URFPA shares ? Thanks
