I am showing my ignorance here. If holders don't actively vote (I did, BTW), who is their proxy? The RE or the people who called the meeting (in this case KBC)? Honest question
Also, note the substantial holding announcement. So Astonby and UWA Capital have pulled out the consortium? KBC has tried to pull a swifty by faking 5%? Surely the court has to see this for what it is. A small group trying to profit at the expense of everyone else.
