I agree it is a positive to have an insto investor in as TCF is primarily a retail shareholder ownership.
However, in terms of WAR - I have followed this since listing, as it has made a disappointing level of 'activism' and wind up, i.e. it has been unsuccessful at closing the NTA discount across it's holding (including it's OWN share price).
