I'm still a little confused re: delay / change in strategy for Kal east.
We had infrastructure bought and paid to be used to mine our own ore with a local labour force.
Why the delay? can they physically not get the labour or are the economics so marginal that it's not feasible in the current market?
This is a dramatic change to the strategy outlined previously, both operationally and geographically.
