You're right that labour costs may not ease much, but availability will now that borders have opened, same with material supplies, both of which will make construction easier. They will contract out the Coyote restart, much easier to do that a construction project. We all make our decisions to stay or go, I think the projects are compelling and a smart, strategic pivot in strategy. I also think there will be other positive news in the near future which will afford those who wish leave the opportunity to do so.
