At least they don't have to answer that compliance disclosure question about what the plan is to remain a financially viable entity. But that comes with its own complications - selling of shares into any peaks to ensure Acuity Capital fulfills its objective of making good $$ on the deal.
That means retail will have to experience volatility and downward share price pressure.
