No one has said management lack the ability to fund themselves. People have been saying when will they fund themselves.
As it turns out, they have pulled the trigger on a CR variant, whilst according to their own announcement, does not limit them from doing a traditional CR.
Irrespective of any of that, the market isn't seeing this as a positive. They are seeing it as negative/neutral at the moment. That might change, but its not the victory holders would be hoping for, is it?
