Maybe I read it wrong, but I thought BML issue new units to cover any drawing on the facility, so they'd be no outstanding debt, just dilution.
Sounds like a good way to raise funds on the basis that we cherry pick when to issue them on the current share price, and presumably there will be positive news flow shortly to boost the share price, just a shame that we must be getting very close to having no choice but to use the facility.
