Really AXA own it anyway....IMO

The only reason it is run separately is so Aussie Share Holders,
Can pay some of the money required to fund it.

So they get Aussie "investors" or donators,
To pay $28 Million for shares.

That saves AXA from having to spend that.

The ASX being the joke that it is,
Will be to silly to work this out,
And eventually this will de-list or go into Administration,
And AXA will get it all, as it is already theirs anyway.

Australian shareholders will get nothing,
And are only being used for funding that AXA would have had to pay for itself otherwise.

Likely the LSE would not have let it list there,
As pretty much any exchange in the World has higher standards than the ASX.
