Yeah - was very pleased to see that and your take is pretty much my read of it too. I actually like the fact that there will be regular meetings with AXA regards liquidity projections, business progress etc. It will be in AXA's interest to make sure DOC is on a solid growth trajectory whilst keeping costs in check. Any capital allocation for operations or expansion will have to past muster. Some may see that as restrictive but my view is that AXA will be providing expertise in cost efficiency Vs investment. Enlightened self-interest maybe...
