I don't understand about this announcement, a bit confusing. So they going to issue shares to TFA at 1.3c... is there any value in this dog? Are there any fleas?

Why FWL end up owning property development project in China? Most likely those properties are overvalued. In China I know some developers only sell 5% of properties been build. Is TFA trying to get out of something?

Too many questions I don't really know the answer. Market did not move at all, may be nobody understand this announcement.

If FWL owns property development, this constitute change company's principle activity, this need holders to approve???
