Hey guys
but if we have to pay the loan back via shares
at a 9 million MC 3.15 million is diluting our company by more than 1/3
thats if we issue shares at 3c
if our SP drops even more we could be diluting the company by over 50%
the only way we will save major dilution via share pay back Is if our SP rises massively and we don't have to pay many shares for our convertable notes
plus we're giving them options for free
and at 12.5% interest
the only way we win from this is if our SP can rise before we start to pay then shares

sorry if I sound pessimistic but that's the black and white

let's see if they can get this SP go rise before we dilute the hell out of the LRS share registry
