SDL finally changing to its circumstances (no cash and $90M of debt). Porter must have more motivation as he is the only director with shares in the Company (a couple of billion of them owing him $11M, now only worth $6M). I suspect he would look for a takeover which is more possible now that iron ore is +US$60/tonne. Anything above 0.5 cents he is ahead.
