OK, got the gist of this now.
This is a good deal. Even better, as far as I can tell people still have time to jump on board and nab shares under the CR at a huge discount to the current SP. This in theory should push the SP up significantly.
The even better news is that the IFC seem really committed to the project, agreeing to shartfalls, and I think it is in part a commitment to developing world projects/employment and the environment. And why not?!
RThe funding is done, the commitments are done and we (and newbies) have the chance to top up at prices well below market proces and the RCF agreement.
