Yes. the funding announcement says, "up to $7.5 million, including C2V’s participation of up to $1.5 million in the Placement and Entitlement Offer". So it's $6m loan facility and topping up the Placement/Entitlement Offer with up to $1.5m if they don't get the full $5m from the Placement or if they don't get the full $3m from the Entitlement Offer. That's how I read it.
