like that c2 are backing their horse in but they are getting a pretty good deal. 10% return and cheap shares.
if they had raised in aus upon fda approval we wouldn't be in this mess for them to bale us out of. effectively they put the hole in the boat then sold us the bucket to bale it out.
having said that, past is past. let's get to market and make some money and all will be forgiven.
new board will help with oversite, a fully independent board probably would have nixed the us listing in the first place.
with c2 in such a strong position new board members will be crucial going forward.
at the moment I'm just happy to live another day and hoping we all make some money!
