This is probably clever structuring under the circumstances. Going for $8m in equity and $6m in funding, with C2V putting in $1.5m and the $6m in loans, and with shareholders getting the balance on $3m in an RI. Give the rest to new blood, perhaps clients whose interest was sparked on the road in the interim.

This puts the balance of demand in the hands of shareholders in order to minimize dilution of their positions, but brings more new investors in to create a bit more liquidity.

Plus a settlement sounds under way on the clinichain contract, even if it is only 20c in the dollar it still adds close to another million.

In the end, we arent that far off what NASDAQ would have brought in, perhaps the difference being offset by the reduction in outgoings.

All the things that were supposedly bad about dual listing and capital expenditure are addressed.

I'm sure there is alot to nail down yet but the proposal imo is solid.
