As said on other threads. Just a good bit of public posturing for legal wrangling, amongst other things.
People need to get realistic. Hastings didn't exactly have a lot of options for capital or RE processing in Australia. Both markets so poor comparatively to those on offer elsewhere. As said Twiggy had similar problems himself in early 2000's with Forstiscue and went to the Chinese for $$moolah capital and offtake contracts.
