I like Hastings' posturing back in this release, particularly on the NAIF deal:

"Subject to the project’s alignment, Hastings may request an amendment to the funding facility with NAIF and/or seek other potential government agency/ECA funding including from German development bank and European ECAs."

A little shot across the bow. 'Hey if you don't want to be involved, plenty of other interested parties that will outside of Oz'. The politcal CHinese bashing getting in the way of the realistic array of funding and present business options open to an entity like HAS, under the present global RE and CM business situation globally.
