    He didn’t own any armour shares …
    Share price went from 6.4c to 1.6 c during his time
    so much for an experienced cEO
    Mather is doing a much better job without him
    Debt is down to $24M from $55M
    Plenty of potential with extensive resource acreage
    A partnership instead of spin off for NT is a much
    better option for us .,.
