Surely with the other approvals in place and shareholder approval of the financing it can't be dead.

I've reached out to management to see if they can shed on light on the details of the delay itself. Court date has been adjourned to Monday 25/11. This can only mean Chengtun are confident of an approval being imminent IMO. Frustrating nevertheless.
