Progress? Really?
The China approval is the only one that matters. And China approvals that are repeatedly delayed have a habit of never arriving.
I would suggest taking exactly zero comfort from management's comments. "We have no reason to believe.." means jack diddly. In any case, as if they'd actually know!! China aren't exactly in the business of expressly saying "oh heyyyyyy we're just stringing you along here, we don't actually anticipate this completing." LOL.
