Secondly your first sentence "the China approval is the only one that matters" is in incorrect as JV permit transfer was a key part of the DD and the transaction being able to go through.
Thirdly PRC approvals are due on or about 31 August, I'm also fully prepared for any delays. Why would they be "stringing them along"? Do you know how ignorant you sound?
Keep your opinions to companies you hold or understand, which probably isn't many.
