one thing learned following matters in Bots is that talk is cheap. They say the 100mw is Under Procurement - so the gullible will this super-de-duper. It’s been under procurement since January 2017, they announced both Tlou and Sekaname as Preferred Bidders (for the 100mw) in May 2019, and here we are a year and a half later. Are we getting closer or just peeling more wrapping off Pass the Parcel....
