    Hi Westcott,

    I have "been there...done that" on several projects. The estimates are compiled by consultants paid by SDL for the purpose of putting forward funding proposals as attractively as possible. I have never seen such costings, or completion schedules for that matter, that proved to be reliable. Not once. Not anywhere.
