Hi,
Whosoever has provided the debt has done exceptionally well in this 2 to 3% interest rate environment. Taking into account the upfront commitment fee (say $55,000 ie valuing 1 million shares at 5.5 cents now), the effective interest rate paid (as per my calculations) is around 38.5% per annum . Does anyone know the identity of this debt provider ?
