I must be missing something, Underwriting $690t for the privilege of taking up 3m out of the money options at 10c. Judging by Market reaction to raising underwriter has a good chance of shelling out a fairly large chunk of money for giving a vote of confidence in OIL. This deal won`t involve any cash from OIL.
