Good on em for getting funding grant from govt.

It is a progression but very slow IMO with further funding required or a actual order . To believe they are still at stage of understanding actual aquaculture business requirements and reality of deployment conditions is surprising unless they are just filling out announcement and grant parameters so partners have deductible research. Well that is the game so see if they actually come out with a product that can be placed on existing or future barge builds and what the economics look like

Huon and all other aquaculture is looking at different deeper water remote locations worldwide to manage country and disease risk and to allow different environment controls compared to shallow water.

This could be a very significant lead time even with successful numbers unless there is a retrofit option available at a cheap low risk area to further prove numbers and viability.
