Yeah you should go back to 50! But discount is less important than dilution which has been horrendous.
Since this mob came into management the shares on issue (adjusted for consolidation) have increased from less than 50m to 294m today!

My beef isn't with shareholders (or you), it's with the Board. Poor corporate governance and massive conflicts. I'd go away and probably invest significantly if these issues were addressed. I've been clear, I like the tech, but loath the Board. I just hate seeing people being taken advantage of.

Here's another scenario .... if shareholders give too much control to C2V, then it will be irrelevant as to who is on the Board. And the next EGM will just hand them more again. So, here's an idea, why don't shareholders convene a meeting to appoint you as the 3rd non-exec independent director? (and do the AICD course before if you haven't already)
